Since 1997, IOI Design & Build has grown through the projects we've delivered, the relationships we've built and the experience gained across corporate, commercial and industrial environments.
Our story
It started with a simple focus: deliver the work well.
Established in 1997, IOI Design & Build began with a focus on delivering practical, well-executed spaces for businesses in Johor.
Over the years, the projects became larger, the environments more complex and the clients more diverse. Our experience expanded across corporate offices, industrial facilities, factories, warehouses, logistics spaces, retail and commercial environments.
Through that growth, one thing has remained consistent — understanding what the client needs, staying close to the details and taking responsibility for getting the project delivered.
Today, we continue to build on that experience from our base in Johor Bahru, working across different industries and project environments.

Accreditation
Registered and certified with CIDB Malaysia.
IOI Design & Build is registered with the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) Malaysia and certified as a Grade G4 contractor.
Registration is a legal requirement for construction work in Malaysia, and the grade is issued against the company's capacity and track record. For corporate and multinational clients, it is usually the first thing asked for at tender.
